The app is centered on visible light and Newton's sketch of light refraction. The sketch aesthetic is carried through the app in the menu and diagrams. Users interact by moving parts to recreate the sketch and guiding light through the experiment.

The time period offers vast experimentations of future forms of living and social interaction. The mailer poster reflects the idea of creating an imaginative city based on the plug-in cities of Peter Cook and Paolo Soleri. The hand drawn environments are similar in the techniques of the era.
